If you have a filled in the wrong delivery address, please contact our customer service immediately. They will then do their best to solve this for you. Please note that this slows down your order and it is not always possible to change an address.

Just finished your order? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Then we check whether we can still adjust the delivery address. For quick processing, we send all orders directly to our warehouse to package and ship them as quickly as possible. Once your order has been paid for and fully processed, we will unfortunately no longer be able to make any changes.

Do not worry. First check the track & trace link that you received via the shipping confirmation. It may be that the delivery period has been postponed or that you have entered an incorrect address by mistake. Is the delivery address correct and the period has not changed? Then look in the mailbox for a non-home message. The package can be delivered to the neighbors or the delivery person has given a new delivery time. Also received no notice that you were not at home? Please contact our customer service.

If you place an order outside of the EU, you may have to pay customs duties. Countries within the EU are free of customs duties.

We offer free delivery worldwide * and strive for the following delivery times: Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium: ordered on weekdays before 22:00, delivered the next day at home. Deliveries to Germany: ordered on working days before 14:00 are delivered within 2 days. Deliveries outside the Netherlands, within the EU: five to seven working days
